In case of Website designing Cyber Host will charge 50% payment in advance and the pending on completion of the project. In case of not paying the pending amount in given time period, then your account could be suspended. We will give you time frame about completion of your project. If there is any delay during the project due to vendor (This is what we face many time in past that client send us advance payment, then not provide the required material on time) then we are not responsible for any delay in completion of work. In case of no response longer than two months from client towards his project, his order should be cancelled and any advance fee will not be refunded in that case. Our website development quotations are valid for 30 days.
Cyber Host reserves the right to terminate a sub account of your Multiple Domain Hosting Plan or Reseller Plan at anytime and without notice if found violating the acceptable use policy. All rights reserved.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. We aren’t liable for files and data residing on your account. you’re liable for files and data transferred and to take care of all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers.

However we provide freed from cost backup service for all WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, Unlimited Hosting (Limited to 10GB max space). If any domain fall in above said hosting plans and contain data under 10GB of total account size are going to be included in automated backups. Where our server takes 3 backups in monthly like 2 during a week and 1 monthly i.e One backup on Monday and Second on Wednesday then Third on 1st of every month “Dates or days are often changed server wise” All those backups are often restored upon request. We don’t offer backup option in Budget Hosting Plans.

For VPS / Dedicated Servers we aren’t offering any backup service along side them. you’ll get our Backup Plan for your Dedicated / VPS Server. aside from this you’re fully liable for the info .

Hosting – Domains: Cyber Host reserves the proper to cancel the account at any time. Customers may cancel their account at any time. Company gives you an unconditional 30-day a refund guarantee just for shared hosting packages. But (Domains / VPS / Dedicated Server / Certificates won’t be entertained for refund). Accounts where a free domain is included through Cyber Host are going to be deducted at $12 from total / current .com, .net domain price (As domain will remain usable for whole year. you’ll take your domain anywhere after refund if needed). Accounts that are purchased after the demo aren’t eligible for a refund. To cancel an account, the client must inform before the expiry date of account. The accounts are due for renewal payment after expiry date. If an account is canceled after the expiry (or is suspended thanks to nonpayment) no data are going to be available until the pending invoices are paid. Email Usage is categorized as per package wise:
  • In Shared Hosting Plans single email id can have max space of 500MB and whole hosting account is limited to 10GB space for total email usage.
  • In Lifetime Hosting Plans single email id can use 250MB per Email ID and whole hosting account is limited to 5GB space for email usage.
  • Configure your email account’s on outlook to store your emails data on your local computers.
  • Hosting account will be suspended if single email id or whole hosted account cross above limits.
  • For more space please go for our VPS or Dedicated Server plans
  • Any type of Email Marketing, Bulk Emails, un-soliciated emails, emails to non-subscribers is not allowed in any plan.
  • Number of Emails per hour in Shared Plans: 50
  • Number of Emails per hour in Lifetime Plans: 30

Servers delivery time isn’t fixed, usually servers available online within 1 to 12 hrs, but it can take longer due to un-availability of hardware. All servers comes without backup solution, company won’t be liable for any data loss just in case of like hardware failure / human error unless you’ve got take a backup solution also. Our all servers are semi-managed with standard hosting server features only, for fully managed solutions you’ll be charged extra for maintenance / installation services.

For cancellation of VPS or Dedicated Server got to “> you want to need to launch a cancellation request before expiry date.

After Expiry date re-activation or late fee charges are applied which can be applied.

Cyber Host is essentially following USA copy right act which isn’t allowing copying any content which you don’t owned. If we got any complaint against such copyrighted content then we’ll email you to get rid of it. If you think that you’re the important owner of that specific content then you’ve got to return up with proof. Failing back within 24Hrs will suspend your website. If any website continue such activity in future will suspend permanently and there’ll be no refund for such customers as we’ve this very strict policy.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Cyber Host harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against company, its agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by its agents, employees.
Cyber Host will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. we makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide and we disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Cyber Host and its employees.
Cyber Host collects different types of personally identifiable information so as to be ready to provide its services to You. Such information may include but isn’t limited to call , address , telephone numbers, email addresses, mastercard information and other. Users provide all such information voluntarily through various order forms, email messages sent to Cyber Host , Live Chat, telephone, etc. All personal information collected by Cyber Host is treated as strictly confidential.
